"My husband and I stayed for almost a month and just returned yesterday. Nicola was most gracious and helpful and the little apt had everything we needed. Just a minor point to make---Other than the kitchen table and a single chair by a lamp, there is no sitting area but the 2 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Over all, we were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rebook in the future. Grazie, Nicola!"

"The room was spacious with an en suite bathroom. There was only one other room that was being rented out and we could use the kitchen and facility at our leisure. The Host was great with communication and there was a lovely garden area in the back to sit in with tables. The host left us an assortment of breakfast items to help ourselves with and coffee and teas. we loved our stay and it was conveniently close to the metro to go to other locations in Rome."

"Gros soucis de réservation avec Abritel/Vrbo où 1 nuit chevauchait avec un autre vacancier alors que j'avais payé l'hébergement. Le propriétaire a fait en sorte de régler le problème pour nous faciliter notre séjour. Merci à lui. Les photos et la description de l'hébergement portent à confusion (il y a écrit bureau 1 et chambre 1) et les photos semblent montrer des lieux différents alors qu'il n'y a qu'une seule pièce avec 2 grands lits, on a dû mettre la table dans la petite entrée pour pouvoir...

"This was our 3rd stay at Vigna Licia & it was just as we remembered it. Great accommodation, fantastic views from the balconies/terraces & an overall superb experience. Pool is essential in hot weather & was well used. Licia, our host, is lovely & Eli the caretaker is always helpful. Explored more of Rome on this visit. Parked at Laurentina Metro station (7 miles way) for 1.5 euros as before & then still just 1.5 euros per journey to use both the A & B metro lines which will take you anywhere in...

"Posizione della struttura ottima, facile nel trovare parcheggio e vicino alla fermata metropolitana. La struttura è piccola, confortevole e molto pulita. Ciò che non è piaciuto sono i tanti oggetti presenti nella struttura anche se molto belli e particolari, occupano spazio utile in un ambiente molto piccolo. Per il resto ribadisco molto molto bello"

"We spent a few days here and went into Rome two days. The location is very close to a bus stop that takes you to the Metro and on in to Rome. Very easy and no worry to drive or park. The house had a lot of room and was cool. The host was very nice and accommodating."

"Uns hat die Ferienwohnung zu 100% überzeugt. Das Haus ist schon älter, aber alles ist sauber und neu. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Präsentkorb mit Marmelade, Nutella und Keksen begrüßt. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenfalls top. Die Liegen konnten jederzeit genutzt werden. Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Innerhalb von 50 Minuten waren wir am Colosseum. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen."

"The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days...
