Find Historic Hotels in Castelli Romani

I have been traveling throughout Europe for many, many years and stayed at dozens of different hotels, B&B's and similar lodgings. I can say that Villa Spalletti is my number one hotel not just in Italy, but maybe all of Europe. Yes, it is expensive, so if you're looking for a budget place to lay your head, look elsewhere. But, if you want a memorable stay, this is the place. The mansion itself is perfectfully positioned and walking distance to most of the top sights in the Via Veneto/Piazza...

This was my absolute favorite stay ever. Its not another dull hotel room- its a fantastic suite at the top of a residence, where you live among owners in a beautiful traditional house, a stones throw away from the spanish steps. The service was impeccable, breakfast was delicious, and the view is undersold in these images- its better than any other view in Rome. The orange juice for breakfast is also the best Ive ever had.

Great location,staff and rooms.
