A special mention goes, Emiliano, whose warm, cheerful, and attentive attitude truly made our arrival feel special. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We traveled with our two-month-old baby, and everything was smooth and enjoyable—something we really appreciated. The hotel is well-suited for families, business travelers, and couples alike. "Grounds are stunning with views in all direction's! Room is nice and big with a gorgeous view. Breakfast buffet is ok, dinner wasn’t that great, especially for the price. Quick 15 minute drive into San Gimignano. Pool area wasn’t open yet when we were there but looks great for when it is! "

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. We also had a fantastic dinner at the resort. The food was absolutely delicious and a true highlight of our visit. While there was some construction taking place during our stay, it truly didn't take away from the natural beauty of the grounds. The resort is situated in the perfect location for visiting Tuscany’s most scenic spots, and the nearby town of San Casciano in Val di Pesa is such a quaint, lovely place to walk around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming base in the heart of Chianti! "

"The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups. "
