"The location was perfect for walking anywhere in the Niagara falls area! It was located at the top of Clifton Hill, which is where most of the attractions like Ripley's Believe it or Not, etc. are located. Lots of food, coffee, shopping to choose from. We parked the car on Friday, and didn't touch it again until Monday when we left! The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the facilities clean. We felt very safe in the area walking day or night. Would stay again!"
"I stayed at the Embassy Suites Niagara Falls, Ontario last night and had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was exactly as expected clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfy, making for a great night’s sleep. The view and overall atmosphere were fantastic. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of service throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Niagara Falls!"
"I booked a night at Oakes to explore Niagara Falls. Arrived at 4pm and check in staff had informed me they attempted to call me as there had been a problem with the hotel maintenance and therefore a room wasn’t available. They subsequently booked me into the nearby Hilton Hotel in the same room class and view. Really impressed as I don’t know how I’d have felt if they had just cancelled my room and left me to search for alternative accommodation on my own.
