Cute romantic studio

"We loved your cozy studio. We came up to see the Dave Matthew’s concert at BNH pavilion in Gilford (only a 30 min drive). It was so comfortable, we loved being able to walk to the beach and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch having dinner and breakfast. The weather was perfect. We spent a day in North Conway shopping at the outlets (only about 40 mins away). We got ice cream close to the house at Ice Out Scoops. It was yummy! Thanks for having us. You’re great hosts!! "

"We've stayed in cabins, condos and houses but never one with as many amenities as this house. It was like they went on vacation for a week and let us stay in their home while they were gone. Kitchen with pantry loaded with dishes, pots, utensils. The garage had a variety of outdoor toys. Would visit again."

"Great old farm house. Extremely well and thoughtfully equipped throughout. Large yard includes fenced in area for your dogs which was a huge plus since we had our 2 dogs with us. Bedroom a/c’s are fine, split mini system for rest of house a little quirky. Great rental, will be back!"

"Our stay was an amazing experience. The house was clean, well cared for, loved the furniture and had a well stocked kitchen. We have both older and younger children but this place accommodated everyone. There was a great selection of games for late night or rainy day fun. The paddle boards and kayaks were an added bonus. Our younger kids enjoyed the shallow entry into water, and my older kids enjoyed the rock piles further out to explore. We saw loons, turtles and bald eagles. Fishing was easy and fun right off the dock. There were many local food options. We particularly enjoyed The Boro Bakery very much and its close proximity. We had an amazingly time. Would recommend to anyone. "

"My family and I had a wonderful vacation week! This log home by the lake is spectacular with all the amenities you could ask for. It is updated and beautifully maintained. It is a great location with access to the lake for swimming and boating. The owners, Kristin and Scott were wonderful hosts and very nice to work with! This was our second visit, and we look forward to the opportunity to return next year! "
