Solo una cosa, la última mañana al alistar nuestras cosas para hacer checkout encontramos una chinche al lado de la cama,...

"I think we saw online that there was laundry. There is not. We loved the fire pits outside (communal- met 2 lovely families) and wood fire place inside. Nice touches of providing wood and cozy outdoor lap blankets."

"This hotel was in a great location. It’s spread out over several buildings. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Proximity to Lake LouIse was great."

"Under construction but still quiet & well maintained. Would stay again."

"This property is a hidden gem. Everything about it was excellent. The best included breakfast I've had when travelling, and I've traveled a lot. Great variety and everything was fresh, no powdered eggs etc. Fantastic ambiance in the courtyard. Two hot pools, one with a fireplace, and sitting area with fireplace and heaters. Great location, a nice stroll along the downtown core with many restaurants and shops. Great value for what I paid. Would stay here again."

"the staff were friendly, there is a shuttle bus offered to go to downtown banff"
