Exceeded all expectations. Housekeeping was spectacular, the staff at the front desk was very helpful in answering all questions and it’s very easy to walk to everything in town. Excellent location. Be sure to visit Bow River just one block to the west. You won’t regret it.

LOCATION! We typically stay in Canmore, but only had two nights so we opted for in town. This hotel is perfectly situated close to all the best restaurants. Complimentary coffee, tea and water in a cozy reception room was wonderful! I sat by the fireplace in the other space and worked for a while. Go across the street to their sister hotel for a fabulous steam room, hot tub, and fitness studio. All the staff were upbeat and helpful. The best of Banff!

This is a beautiful hotel right downtown! Very well designed and modern. (The bathroom was gorgeous.) Super clean, everyone was friendly. My travel partner loved the little balcony, and I enjoyed it, too. Zero complaints about our stay here.

The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The amenities are located across the street at their sister hotel, and they were very nice. We enjoyed having breakfast at Crave several mornings. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The location was perfect, with easy access to stores and other conveniences within walking distance. We also appreciated the many security measures the hotel had in place, which made us feel safe and gave us peace of mind knowing our car was secure as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel with clean, modern rooms. However, all of the amenities are shared with the hotel across the street, and parking underneath the hotel costs extra. For the price, I expected more. The room itself was nice, but the overall experience didn’t justify the rate. You’re essentially paying a premium for a hotel that offers fewer amenities and conveniences than you’d expect
