There is an opportunity to refresh the interior of the property, but the rooms are well kept and very clean. Durign my time I did not partake in the hot tub or use the BBQ, but on my next visit, I will! Having the kitchen is convenient, especially when one feels snacky at night :)"

"My husband and I recently spent two nights in the Honeymoon Cottage to celebrate our first anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The grounds are incredibly charming—the pond and string lights create such a "cute" and cozy atmosphere. We absolutely loved having our own private hot tub and were impressed by the cleanliness; the cottage was tidy, and the bedding smelled fresh. The staff member who checked us in was also very welcoming. We have just two small suggestions for improvement: the area rug in our unit was a bit dated and could use a refresh, and the indoor lighting was quite bright. A dimmer or a floor lamp would have really helped set a more relaxed mood in the evenings. We did hear some inappropriate noises from our neighbors during our stay, that is obviously out of the management's control. We loved the easy check-out! Being able to just send a text while departing made our morning so much smoother. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely be recommending The Grey Squirrel to our friends and family!"
