"Great location, but most importantly, AMAZING staff! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back! "Great stay! The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient with easy access to everything. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is very nice and well maintained. My only comments (not complaints) are that we couldn't get our safe open, but the staff (Hector) was very helpful solving the problem; and I noticed the carpet needs cleaning in a few areas. The hotel and bistro staff are very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the A/C worked great (which is needed in this heatwave!). We were in walking distance of everything; and we absolutely loved the island. . . lots of great restaurants and shops. We'll be back!!"

"Nice place clean and well kept rooms. No elevator so had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs and had to go up and down each time we left the room. But that is most of catalina hotels. Had an ocean view which was very nice and sunrise was beautiful."

"Our overall stay was pleasant. The room we had was a standard cottage, with a queen bed. Eventually, we were upgraded thanks to the kind staff."

The Pavilion Hotel

"Rooms were clean and beautiful, staff very accommodating, breakfast and wine evenings on the patio were a delight. The proximity of the hotel to everything was great. A/C was nice since we were there when it was 90°. We will stay there on all future trips to Catalina. Loved it!"
