"The address was not correct, it leads us to the hospital, I had to ask for directions. When the men arrived at the bottom of the stairs, they were sitting and never responded to the "hello", maybe because of my complexion, whatever, I didn't try to say hello again after that. Recently renovated Poolfront hotel close to Roseau

Nothing there to receive service

"The room was good, A/C was weak. No ice maker, No breakfast service in the morning. No water to bring to room. No restaurant. Swimming pool very dirty color green and cannot see deep. No iron and board in each room. No people at the front desk during late night. No security during the night time. It is very nice place but needs to improve those details. Thank you. "

Great staff!

"There was a mix-up about the room description, but the staff made it right. The restaurant bar staff were fun and attentive. Air-conditioning was truly a blessing! Balcony was a perfect view of the ocean and we got a bird's eye view of ocean wildlife coming ashore in the morning at breakfast. Room was clean and adapters were provided for electronic device usage and charging. I would definitely visit here again."

Spacious self contained room with wifi, a kitchenette and jacuzzi

"The apartment was perfect for 1-2 people and even a small child. It was very clean and better than the pictures especially when you open he curtains. The bed was comfortable and it's one of the few places with AC. Shernie & Glen were very nice. The only downside is there are a lot of stairs which was mentioned. I will pack less next time. Definitely would stay again"

"Fantastic experience. Place is walking distance to Roseau town, Stadium and The Factory. Room AC, living room has a fan no worries about feeling overheated. The shower was massive. I recommend this place !"
