The property was beautifully renovated and decorated in an exquisite hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Some of the perks are the breakfast and the inside free parking. The owner is very nice and is fully passionate about her renovation project. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was beautiful candy was very nice and polite we loved our experience there because of candy

Very friendly and professional staff. Went out of their way to assist us.

Our stay here was beautiful, and even more beautiful were our hosts. They were very accommodating after our long flight and drive. The apartment was very clean and spacious for our family of five and the grounds were spectacular. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality!

Beautiful property, friendly staff, magical scenery. The best meals we had during our trip were the meals at this property.

Nice, clean and perfect location.

Amazing place pet friendly amazing food and service perfect for a weekend get away near Rome working or getting inspiration

Beautiful Property at it's infancy! World class Italian Restaurant on property! Sure the rate will go up the next time I come! Need more English Speaking help. Needs English Menus in the restaurant!

The location was great, the food was great, the hosts were great, it was a clean comfortable nice room. Everything was absolutely perfect.

This is a repeat hotel for our company. We have teams of technicians in Colleferro every few months and this hotel never disappoints. The only times we stay elsewhere is when they are fully booked. It's been a couple of years and I have to say that I have yet to have a single complaint from our teams. Absolutely perfect for business travel.

Our hostess Simone was very helpful and was easily reached over Whatsapp. The room was modern and clean. The location is in the historic center of Tivoli and felt both convenient and safe. This property is perfect for someone who typically makes arrangements online and is comfortable using key codes for access. There is not an onsite concierge or front desk, although there is a connected restaurant. I give it 5 stars for the price, cleanliness and convenience.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Minutes away from parking, kind staff, beautiful accommodations and walkable to all of the Tivoli sites.

Lovely place The staff were great and waited to us after check in due to airport delays. The place is beautiful and the terrace is amazing. Small but nice breakfast and very kind hospitality.

Excellent place to stay, it was super clean the the staff goes out of their way to help you out if you need to. There many restaurants and shops close by 👍

tutto perfetto, strutura pulizia personale

This hotel is amazing - beautiful rooms with even better views, extremely friendly and helpful staff and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner!

Fabulous all around. Only slight issue was that our shower and tub were very very slow draining. This did not present overflowing problems or any adverse effects, but it was just something to be aware of in case the water level did get too high. I encourage you to stay her a few nights in a row as it is just an amazingly beautiful place with lovely hosts.

Clean rooms, small but nice. Air conditioning was a little tricky, could have been cooler during a very warm period. Spa pool was incredible. Staff was amazing, helpful and attentive. Great spot!
