"I checked in on the 15th and had a very bad experience. This is the second time this has happened to me. The room had a strange bad smell, and there was no hot water. When I went to the reception, there was no response and no action taken. What’s the point of paying so much to stay here if it’s not even worth it? And expedia customer support also not support me it was my second time withe that hotel"

"The lady at the front desk was pretty rude. We checked in late, like close to 1am. We had a reservation, had ID ready. We were trying to make it go smoothly. She didn’t even say hello or anything just was kinda snippy and rude and stuck up. I had to provide a card for incidentals, I asked would she like a physical card or is tap okay, and she pointed at the register and said “it says tap, doesn’t it.” The pinpad did not have any tap icon on it, and was not ready for payment yet so I could tell. Overall, the room was nice. It wasn’t dirty, but was old. The caulking in bathroom needed redone everywhere and there were stress lines in the walls and ceiling throughout the room. It was nice for a place to stay for the night so I guess it did its job."
