"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was! The lobby area was so clean and nice; the room was spotless and very updated, and the staff were some of the nicest people I have ever encountered when staying at hotels. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Dallas area."

"Its still under construction which started over a year ago. Only 2nd floor is available. We had to wait to check in as no one was there at the front desk and another guestvwas also waiting forca while. With construction in progress they shouldn't sell rooms"

"We were in town for my mother‘s funeral. I expected because of the reputation of this hotel things would be standard or even better what we found was mold in the shower, mold in the soap dish, mold on the floor, and not one single plug-in worked in the bathroom so you could not shave could not blow dry your hair. You could not do it many of those things you needed to do in the bathroom with electrical stuff there were smells of some kind of chemicals. I’m assuming for remodel, but that just kept coming in the room. The air conditioner was not satisfactory at all, so to say the least it was not an enjoyable stay. The breakfast bar was watered eggs some kind of a sausage that didn’t even look like sausage."
