"VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION - Beware of this hotel. When we checked in, we were given a key to a room that turned out to be occupied by a homeless man, who came to the door in his underwear. The staff said they had no knowledge of him being in the room but said there was nothing they could do about it. They were not at all surprised, which gave us the impression this is a frequent occurrence. They simply said the rooms "are very easy to break into". The staff said there were no other rooms available for us, and so we had to find a different hotel. Very dangerous. Do not stay here."

The staff is always great. My one complaint is that the quality of the breakfast has gone down. It looked as if they had fewer people working and that the food was not very fresh as a result. Serviceable food but it was a disappointment compared to the past."
