"Our room had no hot water, refrigerator did not work and the air conditioning did not work. After we were settling. We had to uproand change rooms."

"We got in just after midnight…the receptionist was very underwhelming. We showered that night and those towels used were the only ones we had the remainder of our stay (except for the few l that were taken and not replaced while we were out for the day. We asked for towels on at least 4 different occasions with no success. The reasoning each time was that “he was washing and drying them” even at 10pm the night before our departure. It was quiet inconvenient to dry off with a hand towel. Water in the pool seemed murky,rail leading down the stairs was loose and unstable. Our room was nice and the cleanliness was just okay, due to small things like trash already being in the wastebaskets when we arrived. We would probably book again,when visiting the Dallas area,just not this Embassy location."

"The stay was great. Quiet. Enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was good. Although no bacon..but enjoyable nonetheless. I was upset that i was authorized 87.00 at check in when i was only advised 40.00. My room charges were prepaid..so i would have like to have clarification. In fact i wasnt even told. I happen to see the authorization on my banking app. Other than that, i would book again..as the property is located in the thick of shopping and its a nice neighborhood. "

"Expensive breakfast for a buffet breakfast with slow to no service. Front desk, Miracle, was incredible!! Absolutely made the stay better. Went above and beyond. Room was a little battered. Wallpaper peeling, dirty walls, floor stains, bathroom door had a huge gap and wouldn’t close properly. However, temperature was easy to control and beds were comfortable. View….The highway and it was pretty loud and disruptive during the night. Coffee maker in room also did not work. Amenities- couldn’t access the outdoor poor for unknown reasons. Bar and dining was not available at 730pm. Fitness center is great and enjoyable. Location- is close to many attractions and easy to get to off the 635 frontage road. Parking was $40 a night to park in a non gated regular parking lot around the back of the property. "

"The rooms were very clean and the hotel offered hot breakfast, dinner, and happy hour. We were very happy with our stay and the hotel. I chose this hotel based off the reviews on cleanliness and it met all our expectations!"

"My room was not as clean as I would expect. The glass tops were smeared. There is no full size mirror in the room so I had to go into the hall to check my outfit. Bathroom lighting was weak. However the restaurant Moxi was great and the staff was wonderful. "
