"We booked online as soon as Delta informed us our six-hour delayed flight would not arrive at DFW until after 2AM. Since we live 2.5 hours away from DFW we wanted to ensure we had a place to stay. No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away"

"My Husband and I stayed with our dogs for about 5 nights 6 days and stayed in a King Bed Room. Our room ran a little on the small side, but overall the stay was great and enjoyable. House keeping was great and worked around our schedule when we went out so that they could go in the room to clean while the dogs were out. The breakfast was good (regular continental breakfast). There was a small mini fridge that was able to do the job. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the service of all employees and housekeeping. We would definitely stay again."
