Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The community is older and a bit dated in the paint and walls both interior and exterior. The landscaping is well maintained and makes the property prettier. The rooms are all suites and a nice size. Beds were comfortable. The maintenance and cleaning staff, along with hotel guests services were excellent! The Tocaloma Spa facility is also slightly dated and the staff make up for it with their skill and hospitality. The Different Pointe of View is an exquisite evening view with a very busy staff who try to be responsive. The steak tartare is good. The Pointe lounge staff are pleasant, drinks are decent, the food was a disappointment and the lounge has a musty odor that hits you when you first enter and doesnt dissipate. It is like there was a leak not discovered or like the A/C never is cleaned."

"The gentleman at the desk was very helpful with a concern that we had. The room was very nice and clean. The pool was clean and neat. The room was as nice a room as a motel that charges 4x more than we paid for the room we had. Very large and well stocked."

"We had an amazing time and the staff was super accommodating! The place was clean and the food was good. The only thing that wasn’t 10/10 was they rotated the slides and the lazy river being open the day we went to the pool so you couldn’t do both the same hour you had to wait while they switched off."

"The staff was amazing. Didn't like the fact we couldn't bring our own snacks and drinks into the pool, however I know that's how they want us to buy from their own restaurant, but the food and drinks were pretty expensive. Lazy River was really nice."
