"Beautiful property, it reminded me of Italy. It's very quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbours. The only two things are: -I wish the bathroom in our room was more clean when we arrived. It had somebody's hair on the shower wall and the hair drier in the sink cabinet had stains on it. - two pools near our building were closed during the entire four day trip:("

"This was a return trip. Clean, comfortable and safe place. We loved the pools and gardens. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully kept Arizona trees, shrubs and flowers. A treat to walk around the Hotel property. Rooms have everything to cook a meal from scratch. Which we did not do."

"We stayed for two nights/one day at the Phoenician with our 4 and 6 yo kids. The reason my overall rating is not excellent is because the splash pad, waterslide and whirlpools were all broken the day we were there. The splash pads and whirlpools did get going midafternoon, but the waterslide remained out of order. The games room was available and we played some foosball, pool and air hockey, but two of the 4 arcade games were out of order. When travelling with two young kids....what else are you...
