"The looks of this property are decieving- it looks small, but it is a huge property, lots of parking, friendly staff, HUGE rooms, very quiet, excellent mattresses, nice indoor swimming pool, very clean, giant sized NEW televisions, backs onto a golf course and reasonable rates. "We had a pleasant overnight stay in the autumn off-season. Our room and the Inn were very quiet, especially with few other guests. It is an old building with some oddities of slightly sloping/uneven floors. However, this just gave it more character and it seems to fit very well with the Green Gables history of the Cavendish area. It was extremely convenient to get to all the places we wanted to visit in the area. The person at the desk was also very helpful answering a couple questions we had."

"Incredible stay. You have your own house. Spotlessly clean and updated. We were so impressed. Fire pit, large deck, parking on lot, washer/dryer and a dishwasher; we stayed in cottage #18. It was Fall and after mid October so the pool was closed. Grocery store just up the road. Anne of Green Gables museum 5 minutes away. You will not be disappointed. Can’t say enough good things about this property. We’ll be back. "

"Cottage appeared to be a bit outdated on the outside, however the room and kitchenette was clean and nice. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Location is great - close to the beach and national historic sites. "
