I didn’t get a spa service, but next time I will because I heard great reviews from people who got them! The hotel is right at the edge of all the restaurants and shopping, all in easy walking distance. "

"Good place especially for families with kids. However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...
