The sanctuary is lovely. While you can't access it on your own, you can take a guided tour and get up close with echidnas, wallabies, and poteroos. The guided tour or the sanctuary (plus the night and morning tour of the zoo) were highlights of the trip! (It's great to be able to access the zoo when the animals are more...

It is very attractive looking on the inside, including the reception area, but in particular the dining / bar and breakfast areas. The breakfast area has a breathtaking view of the lake.
Location is very central to the lakes area, where you can see water on both sides from the road. Ample Parking space, but then again my visit was off season.
The staff is really friendly and laid back. Dinner was good. Breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere at the bar was lively with music and young people...

Very clean, up-to-date hotel in a location that's easy to find in Gosford. Right off a major intersection, easy to find -- but we didn't hear any of the noise in the room. Great shower/water pressure! Beds comfortable. Enjoyed our stay here!

Super friendly staff! We were there from the US to meet family we found through ancestry. It was really special and the staff were so nice to us and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate! Beautiful property, incredible location and the room was really nice.
