"Stellar experience at La Bougainvillea! My twin sister and I were celebrating a BIG birthday and our retirements so we really wanted the trip to be very special and La Boug was just perfect! From our earliest communications, we felt that we were dealing with a highly professional operation which reflected warm hospitality, personable service, professionalism, and a desire to make our experience of Eleuthera as memorable as possible. When we arrived, we were greeted with a cool delicious rum and citrus drink and the relaxed vibe which continued to be the environment at La Boug for the rest of our week. We had chosen the See Sea cottage for the two of us so we could each have our room, bathroom and balcony and it was 100% worth it! The cottage was immaculately clean, well equipped with a "foodie-grade" efficient kitchen, a large living room, two large bedrooms (one with a sea view and one with a garden view), a small but refreshing pool, plenty of beach towels, a grill, picnic table, etc. We treasured the privacy and "homey-ness" of having our own place while also being able to quickly access the resort with its crystal-clear Infinity pool, restaurant, and .... oh.... the BEACH! Words cannot describe the soft pink sand, turquoise waters, and quiet beauty of La Boug's private beach: of all the beaches we visited, it remained the BEST! "

"It was so joyful being with another couple and our dogs so close to the beach and services. The power went out and the host immediately showed up to make sure we had matches for candles, he said ‘it’ll likely comeback on shortly’. Lit candles were almost Immediately extinguished when the power returned. Crystal clear plunge pool. 5 gallons of water, amazing upper deck off master….much much more in a cozy space by the ocean. "Our family booked Ocean Waves for a ten day escape from winter vacation. It was absolutely perfect for all four of us, myself, my husband, our infant daughter, and my mother. We had stunning views of the ocean from the living room and patio. The beautiful pink sand beach was a 2 minute walk down the hill. My husband went out kitesurfing on several occasions while baby and I were able watch him from the comfort of our living room. Governors harbor was a 5 minute drive away and offered many excellent restaurants to choose from. Simple but necessary things like beach chairs, parasols, and more were provided at the house. We had a wonderful time, we loved our accommodations, we would book it again and we would recommend it to anyone."

Nicole was great and anwered our question when we had them, and the Itenerary and trip planner that was provided was a great guide for the Island. Everything was exactly accurate, and so helpful for our first visit to Eleuthera. We will definetly stay there again and if you are considering a trip to the Islands, stop right now and book this place. You will not be disappointed!! "
