"Worst hotel visit I ever had. There are metal plates on the street next to my room and every time a car was driving over it, it made a loud bumpy noise. So if you wanna have a restful night, don’t go there. The guy Micheal at the reception had the audacity and said to me before my stay that it’s a quiet room. Don’t go there, they didn’t care about my issue, the other receptionist (not Michael) didn’t care about a refund or anything else. What a joke this place is, don’t go there!"

"Booked a “Superior Queen Room” at the Hollywood Roosevelt through Expedia, only to discover the mattress was actually a full-size bed (54” wide). Two adults sharing a full bed made for a pretty miserable night of sleep. What’s frustrating is that the room was specifically advertised as a queen room. This wasn’t just a comfort issue, it was a completely different bed size than what was booked and paid for. To their credit, the hotel waived the destination fee and gave us a small food/drink credit after we complained, but it didn’t change the fact that the room itself was misrepresented. The hotel has a cool atmosphere and history, but for the price, I expected the room description to be accurate. Double check exactly what bed you’re getting before booking."

"I liked that the entire room that I stayed in was clean. The sheets, pillows, carpet, bathroom; clean! The shower head in the bathroom was the most unique amenity in the suite, the water pressure was excellent it felt as is if I were bathing in a spa. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with a humongous shower head and superb water pressure! The staff were professional, attentive, and helpful during the whole checking in, checking out, and bag storage accommodations during my stay! Thank you!"
