"All around a nice experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. I stayed for three weeks and grew very fond of the hotel and surrounding area. It's in a very convenient location with many useful things within walking distance, and it's easy to get around Tokyo as there is a Yamanote line station fairly close.
The entire hotel felt clean and the staff was very nice. We efficiently communicated despite the language barrier and there were no problems. "
"Lovely hotel with great amenities. Restaurant served excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The rooftop terrace has a pretty poor menu - we went once and vowed we would never return there. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Didn’t love the self check in but otherwise, had a lovely stay!"
