"Great experience overall, everything was clean, staff were all friendly and helpful, and the location was awesome. The sauna was particularly great too. The only small thing that I didn't like was that the rooms do not have irons and you have to rent it from the front desk."

"Great location a 2-4 blocks from Shibuya Station depending on which line you are taking. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Excellent helpful staff. A very nice business class hotel. "

"Laundry on site, the hotel was clean and in a good location. Our thermostat would automatically turn off every couple of hours though so it got very hot in the room. When it would turn off it would wake us up in the middle of the night as it was very hot in the room. (26+ Celsius) The front desk wasn’t sure how to help or how to fix it and they didn’t end up helping the situation which was not ideal. Overall the stay was decent otherwise."
