"The room was lovely, the staff were so friendly, laundry service was fast and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the location. The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "

"I initially intended to give this hotel a five-star rating; however, I was disappointed to learn that the rooftop bar was closed for a private wedding event during our stay. I had also expected the Dragon’s Head to be located directly in front of the hotel, but it was actually across the bridge. Fortunately, the walk was short and manageable, and we still enjoyed a lovely view of the river from the hotel.

"Everything was perfect here. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The clean room was so amazing, we loved the design of the room here so very much. Food was very good. "Was a nice room, we had issues were there was hair and other dirty areas of our room that we needed to inform them about multiple times because it was completed. Hotel staff didn’t talk to us too much however our travelling friend knew them from a previous visit and received a lot of attention.
