"Excellent hotel. Close to Central West End neighborhood. Beautiful renovations of a classic historic hotel. Rooms were great. I had a one bedroom suite with seperate living room. No kitchen. Restaurants were good but a little pricey. Across the street from Forest Park so golf, the zoo, and museums are very close. Front desk check in was fast and personable. Parking valet was great."

"Everything was good. Our air was not working and they sent maintenance up right away. He fixed it and said if we had anymore issues they would get us moved. It quickly cooled off. Location and parking was good. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Carpets not the cleanest. Some updating needed for summer users. ( A/C units in windows ) Staff was very helpful though. Recommend booking a few days in advance due to Expedia delays. I was unexpected at property but staff on-site made some last minute adjustments to accommodate."

"We were in St Louis with family.for my son's graduation. The house had plenty of space for everyone to be together and have time apart. Close to campus, and close to great dining and bike trails. Wonderful older neighborhood with other beautiful old homes. If you stay on a Saturday, check out Tower Grove Park's farmer's market. Straubs is a close location for groceries. Would definitely recommend for families."

"1920’s opulence. Not the best maintained building from its era. But not tragic yet. I fear the days are numbered for that legendary hotel. The plumbing is failing. The carpets smell. Needs fresh paint and wall paper. Great food! Friendly staff! Epic location! Rich with history!"
