"The place was clean, the staff most friendly, but it is a 3rd floor walk up.The room was tiny 10' x 10' at best. There is no air conditioning, only a fan. No television. There is no vanity to place your personal grooming items. Housekeeping is only provided every 4th day. This place is more like a hostel with private rooms than a guesthouse."
