"El hotel está muy bonito y muy grande tienen mucho entretenimiento ,pero lo único que no nos gustó fue en el bar Pool porque ay mucha gente y se apilan y uno no puede ordenar las bebidas porque además los bar tenders se agarran jugando con las mujeres que ya están borrachas y uno tiene que esperar un buen rato hasta que se le asercan a preguntar que va a querer uno yo pienso que ahí necesitan unos 3 o 4 bars tenders y eso era en el bar Pepe’s y que sean formales los que trabajen ahí que no jueguen ."

"Room was clean , very clean, helpful staff at front desk , they offered free toothbrush , toothpaste , comb , and others small items that sometimes finished or forget ,AC.little hassle to use because functions so confused , breakfast they have diferent variety every day on main plate , fruits available every day , continuos free coffe all day . Elevatord need attention , programation not really good , it stop every floor without reason , is not a big issue for me because even I was on 13 floor I barely used , preferably walked up-down stairs for exercise , yes unbelievable but true . Stay for 4 days , family vacation , excelent view of the front beach malecón , I will recommend , if you stay there choose first three level , on high level water pressure on bathroom have some problems , again I recommend and I will be back again ,this was our second time on this hotel . Only the minors issues I already mentioned , but is a excelent place to have a nice ocean view , choose front rooms . Maintenance team resolve a problem with the room electronic door knob , immediately staff at front upgrade a new room without any extra cost , they give us a suite . 😊👍"

"Everything was great the location was perfect where you’re able to walk around and enjoy local dining n shopping . Only thing if you have an early flight in don’t expect to get in to your room without paying extra check in isn’t until 3pm it was very hot n humid we were very tired from our flight called at 10:30 was told it would be xtra payment to get in then we showed up at 1:30 but still we were unable to get in until 3 pm when our friends were at another hotel they got in at noon no time extra charge. That’s the only thing we didn’t like."
