"Location was great. The hotel was close to central shopping areas and tram stops. Hotel Flora was able to check us in earlier than expected. Unfortunately, we visited Gothenburg during an exceptionally hot few days and the room did not have an AC unit. The room safe was also locked so we were not able to use it. Additionally, the shared nespresso machine for the floor had mold in its water tank so we did not use it."

"Even though it looks like is the norm in Europe to control the AC centrally, the rooms get hot during the day and it's not pleasant to depend on opening the windows to cool down the rooms. A central air system with a ceiling fan will be a huge improvement."
