The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. "This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent...

"Our bartender/server was excellent. Food and drinks were amazing. Transit and airport shuttle make this hotel ideal if you are coming in from out of town need to fly out following your stay. Only downside is the surrounding area, but the noise from the airport was minimal."
