"L’hôtel est bien situé. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste à côté et il est à 10 min de presque tout. Le buffet est bien et assez diversifié par contre la rotation/changement des plats est un peu long. Si tu arrives à 30 min de la fin il y’a certains plats qui sont vides et pas remplacés. Aussi le spa est payant, information qui n’était pas assez claire avant la réservation. Sinon tout était beau. Les gens sont gentils, disponibles, courtois. J’y ai passé un agréable séjour"

"First off, the location is EXCELLENT. The building is well maintained, very clean, and nice. I think if you were staying several days (or longer), in Verona, you’d be very happy here. The bathroom was very stylish and modern. I wished it had a tiny bit more amenities, like a shower cap. Because the staff is only available in certain hours, i didn’t bother asking for one for my short stay. The toiletry products are good quality. The bedroom was very cute, clean, and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. Also, the graphic design on the welcome and info items was 10/10. Nice quality paper. I don’t usually comment on that, but it was so nice it was worth mentioning. A+ for the graphic design on those items. There was high quality coffee available, and you could honestly bring your own Nespresso pods (the little ones); I was a little disappointed there was no milk or milk alternative (or even packaged “creamer). The wifi didn’t work so well towards the back of the apartment, and this was a little frustrating. Overall, they were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I would stay there again while visiting Verona. Also, it seemed a great value for the money."

"Great room. Great location. Hard to beat the view at sunset on the 5th floor bar area. The staff were incredible. They were the most attentive staff we encountered in forever. Francesca, Giana, Andrea, Alessandro, Raisa, Carly, and Sirius were particularly excellent."

"Check in was OK but the guy showing us the apartment was not well and was not very informative about the place. He didn't tell us that the main door in to the building was electronically controlled for exit. There was a place to insert the key but it didn't open the door. By chance I pushed what I thought was a light switch and the door unlocked. Also there are no printed instructions for any of the appliances. The bathroom was modern and clean with a good sized walk in shower. The bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed and ample wardrobe space. The TV showed Netflix, Prime etc and was easy to operate. It was quiet at night."

"We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Lake Garda and it was everything we hoped for and more! From the communication before our stay to the cleanliness, facilities and overall experience, everything was fantastic. The hotel has a beautiful boutique feel, making it feel like a real treat, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. The location was perfect for us, around an 8 minute walk into the centre, where you’ll find plenty of lovely shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. One thing worth being aware of before booking is that there is a fairly steep incline and a number of steps to reach the main areas of the hotel, including the entrance, restaurant and bar, pool, hot tub and seating areas. There is a lift available, which is helpful, and it was absolutely fine for us, but it’s something to consider for older guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. The food and drinks were lovely, with generous portions, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout. A lovely touch was the wide selection of complimentary snacks served with every drink, which made us feel really spoilt! Our room was cleaned daily, and the whole hotel was kept beautifully clean. Overall, this was a gorgeous hotel for a special getaway. Beautiful views, a lovely and romantic atmosphere, fantastic food and drink, and wonderful staff. We couldn’t have asked for more."

"The campsite is nice and secluded despite it's size. The unit we syated in was very well equipped and had ameveything we needed. The staff and reception were really friendly and helpful and it was minutes from the lake."
