"There were 9 of us in all and the home worked out perfectly! The house is beautiful and lovingly maintained by Francesco. He is a fantastic host! The pool was delightful, we were able to share evenings in the courtyard or on the upper floor balcony. We could not be more grateful. The house if located just minutes outside of Orvieto. "We really loved the villa! We were there with all our family, 14 people, to celebrate our silver wedding. There were 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms over 2 floors, it was very well equipped, great aircon in every room (vital as it was 38 degrees outside). The pool was lovely if in need of updating, but that's a small gripe. The outside dining area was lovely with splendid views of the surrounding hills. All in all a fabulous place for our needs."

"A wonderful escape, especially after 5 activity filled days and nights in a hot and crowded Rome. The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, perfect sunsets and, yes, we had donkeys, sheep and deer for neighbors. The house is spacious and comfortable, uniquely furnished with works by Orvieto Craftsmen and murals featuring the gardens and the donkeys. We were 11, ranging in age from 4 to 78 and took full advantage of the amazing pool complex, including hot tub, sauna and misting showers....

"I picked this place because I prefer to stay in the countryside rather than a city and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was excellent, and I recommend their restaurant for dining too. It is traditional Italian food prepared to order without rushing. Be ready to spend at least an hour on the whole dining experience."

"Perfect location for a friends & family 50th birthday celebration week. Stunning views, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of communal areas for dining and relaxation. Federico is a fantastic host and we took advantage of his recommendations for private chefs and local dining/grocery shopping options. Todi is a stunning hilltop town with great dining options. The EMI supermarket, about 12 minutes drive is ideal for all your grocery and beverage needs.The pool was large and immaculate and we took full advantage.We are already planning a return visit."
