Must knows: At the airport… just keep walking and find your transport outside. Do not stop to speak to the people at the counters. They are selling you tickets to timeshare presentations. Staff is amazing had an amazing stay. My Butler Yuri made it everything so easy and checked in on us everyday. She was the best! Carlos from the Gourmet hall provided us with the best service every morning for breakfast. I will definitely be going back to this resort.

This was my second time around and as always, the resort is so beautiful & very modern. I enjoyed the one bedroom suite beds are very comfortable. Just returned from a week at Dreams Playa Mujeres. We booked this property because it shares privileges with Secrets, which is connected via 5 minute walk on a pathway or a quick golf cart ride. This made our stay better because we could jump between properties. Our only complaint was on our first day the check in process wasn’t as smooth as we hoped, as they need 1-2 more staff checking in guests on the busy days like the weekends. We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. Everything appeared just as stated in the description. The ENTIRE staff was amazing, Loving and caring. We started March 18-24, 2024. I have no complaints but was asked to leave a review in reference at anythings I thought could help better visitors existence. Had an excellent 5-night stay at the stunning Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. Located just a short 15-minute ride from the Cancun Airport, and nestled on a beautiful lagoon- it was the perfect location. Good quality ratio, beach transfer, free access to Mandala beach club, aeroport transfer free or very cheap. Big and clean room has everything you need plus coffee pot, iron. Notice - there is no fredge in the room

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!
