Notable points: - Grill is propane and good size for whatever you want to cook - Internet bandwidth is surprisingly good (enough to support remote work and many devices) - Fire pit is perfect for cozy summer/fall fires - Many local restaurant/Grocery options but also only 30 min away from many more in downtown Buffalo. Best of both worlds. - Living area and bedroom...

"The Marilla rental is beautiful. The layout of the house was perfect for our three-family gathering. All 6 cousins bunked together. They loved having their own space. Grill, outdoor fire-pit/furniture and large yard allowed for fresh air and more additional space. Excellent stay. I recommend visiting 189 Burger in East Aurora for lunch."

"My family of 8 adults had a great weekend stay here in OP, our former home town. Comfortable and cozy Buffalo and Bills themed home in the Southtowns. 5 minute walk to Highmark stadium and twenty minute drive to downtown Buffalo."

The fact that it’s so spacious is perfect, you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. Great kitchen! Very thoughtful Coffee Bar. And the beds are really comfortable. "The plus is the location. We went to the Naval Park in Buffalo. We visited many friends and family in the area. The Shur Fine store was very handy, as was Dairy Queen and Tim Hortons. The pool was our favorite amenity. Its wonderful. The host was excellent with communicating."

"Awesome spot if you want to relax out of the business of life.....short drives to anything you would want or need...perfect home set back in the woods with a very comfy feeling and very responsive host! Recommend you check this one out! Definitely will be coming back again! The home smelled very nice and the cleanliness was awesome. Plenty of space to spread out ..and room for kids to play."

"Couldn’t ask for a better location. 15 - 20 min walk to the gate. Parking is included with your stay and you don’t have to fight the traffic. House is dated in areas but you can clearly see the host is making improvements. Fully stocked kitchen with all your basic essentials. Also plenty of cleaning products and disinfectant supplies. Stocked coffer (bar) & free snacks were a nice surprise to find at our arrival. Bathroom had plenty of towels and there is provided shampoo and conditioner....
