"The home and grounds were lovely, and just as pictured! Jill, who lives onsite, was very gracious in helping with whatever we needed, but also gave us plenty of privacy. We had pretty much whatever we needed, but there’s a convenience store right around the corner, which we frequented for odds and ends. Our stay initially started with just 4 people (me, my husband, 2 kids in their 20’s), but then had 2 others show up with very little notice. I thought it was okay for them to stay at the house, because thought I had read somewhere the place could sleep 6 people if using the pullout sofa. I then found out the house rules had changed, to only allow 4 guests. However, the other host, Joanne, was very understanding and accommodating, and allowed them to stay for a very nominal fee. Overall, I’d highly recommend the house to anyone visiting the western NY area! It’s top-notch, full of character, and very affordable!"

"Stayed one night for a family event. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We asked for a handicapped accessible room. Good shower for such, but the room with two queen beds was small and the wheelchair was hard to maneuver here."

"We loved our brief stay after being in a car 3 days traveling the bed was so comfortable. We liked the refrigerator to put things in from our cooler. The shower was great! And the hot breakfast was wonderful!"
