"The best features were the pond front porch and fire pit. The location was very convenient and close to Ellicottville and shopping. One portion of the front porch was a bit rough plus there was a abandoned grill on the porch that should be removed. The hot tub needed to be cleaned and serviced while we were there which was promptly attended to.
