"Clean room, nice staff"

"Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". Our host was always available in honoring our requests like fixing the AC issue, laundry and bedding cleaning, new towels, more TP. We were there during TET holiday and our hosts made dinner for their guests which was such a delicious and kind gesture! Also because of this reason, we were met with daily karaoke...

"Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored. None of property restaurants were opened, just 1 that is extremely expensive/overpriced for the quality and quantity provided. Only a spa/massage...

"The pictures and description provided for this Homestay somehow led us to expect a large room in the quiet countryside. The room was much smaller than anticipated based on the pictures, the supposedly quiet riverside was impacted by a busy schedule of tourist boat tours with very loud music and a primary/ infant school on the other side. Amenities were very basic: no spoons or milk for tea, very limited soap supply, no washing facilities. The promised bikes were not reliable ( brake and tyre...

"Good location for a small family for a getaway from the hustle. It has its own pool and 5 min walking distance to the beach and restaurant. They provide shuttle service for anybody that has kids as well. Communication was very speedy 👍. Price was well worth it to me. I'd say here if you don't plan on visiting da nang but want to visit Hoi an. There's are no close markets nearby so best to buy your groceries snacks or drinks before you arrive."

"Room was comfortable and large. Everything worked. Mr. Hung is an excellent host. Airport transfer, motorbike, make copies all done for us with a smile and the right price. Suggest having coffee available.i usually carry my own but ran out 😊"
