Excellent hotel, best friendly services started with Ms. Nguyệt and front desk staff to Ms. Hạnh the bartender at Altitude Bar. Even though the breakfast staff provided tentative services, the menu variety selections could use some improvements. Overall, an excellent hotel with a Living room, Kitchen/Dining and full washer/dryer in room for two bedroom setup is a must for a complete vacation."

"Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored. None of property restaurants were opened, just 1 that is extremely expensive/overpriced for the quality and quantity provided. Only a spa/massage...

"The owner or ppl were not at the property and they did not leave any instructions on how to get into the property. I tried to contact them and got no response. I had to book at another place while in Da Nang."

"Oasis is a quaint, nicely decorated hotel. The owner, Mr Uyen (and his wife whom we met later) was very friendly and helpful. He spoke very good English and gave us several ideas on what to do or where to go. The hotel room was very clean and nicely decorated. The beach is a close walk and the night market is within walking distance as well. We were also able to rent a scooter from Mr. Uyen which we took to visit the Lady Buddha and Marble Mountain. I gave 3 stars for accuracy of online listing...

"Close to everything and great view. Apartment had good laundry once we figured out the all in one machine. Beach was excellent only 80k for two chairs with large shade umbrellas."

"The owners were fantastic and very friendly,we were late getting into De Nang, the owner met us with the taxi driver as they were uncertain where to go - that was fantastic service at 10.00pm at night.However for the price we paid the apartment is out dated compared to what you can rent a new apartment for. We arrived and the owners had left us towels to use, there was a washing machine however no clothes airer. To try and get your clothes dried in the bathroom was antiquated. There was no iron...
