"This hotel is geared towards local clients. Our room was excecutive but shower was not working. Bucket was provided for shower. No hot water. No toilet paper. Had to ask repeatedly, told will bring it up but that didn't happen. Hallway, outside our room stray cat's feces not cleaned. Carpet dirty with food stains. TV only played Hindi advertisements for news etc. Restaurant on premise served great food.Breakfast was included but limited choices. No buffet. Order to make. Just omelet and toast....

"Firstly got into my room and looked nothing like pictures. Small barred window and next to no space. I told them and they moved me to a more spacious room to their credit but cleanliness was an issue at both. Covers had what looked like blood on them, ants everywhere and no toilet paper or bidet in either rooms. I also don’t understand why they don’t include air conditioning in room price as they ask an extra 700INR per day, i know it says online but this is first place I’d been to that charged...

"Absolutely phenomenal staff & service. We had another hotel booked but after 3 nights of loud nights and early morning noise, we decided to change hotels and give ourselves a break. This was the perfect choice. Highly attentive staff, friendly, did everything possible to help in any way possible. "
