Nice design of the hotel inside and outside the rooms, friendly and helpful service in the receiption desk. We have a very pleasure journey here, will visit again.

Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai.

Looks like a newly built hotel. This hotel is located about 15-20 minutes by driving from/to PVG without traffic (with traffic probably about 30 min, the web information says it is about 5-6 km, i.e. 3-3.8 miles away from PVG), away from busy streets or other hotels. Actually there was no other hotels as far as I could see. I did not see any restaurants near by in walking distance probably because of its location, but the hotel had a restaurant. It is a great location to go anyplace near by the bund area. Nice and clean well malintent hotel.

Really nice affordable hotel in Shanghai! Super clean room with a great view, very well maintained. Not super centrally located for travelers but worth it if you're looking for a really nice hotel for a decent value in Shanghai. Still a lot of really good food options within walking distance.

Excellent location

The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.

The Grand Hyatt Shanghai is a wonderful hotel located inside the Jim Mao tower, one of the most iconic buildings of the city. The staff is very nice and our room was on the 78th floor so the view was just fantastic. We could see the pearl tower and the Shanghai Tower just in front of us...at night we could see the beautiful lights of the city that would light up the flowing Huangpu river.
