"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and well organized. The atmosphere was lovely, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!"

"Great location near Bund and the bazaar shops / touristy streets with lots of souvenirs and restaurants. Would be nice to have a pool but the hotel is pretty and staff extremely helpful. Morning Buffet breakfast is good. There are better buffets in some other China hotels though."

"As an American traveling to Shanghai, this hotel was perfect for us. The staff spoke English and the breakfast was very multi-cultural, allowing our somewhat picky kids to find tasty things to eat while offering an amazing assortment of new foods to try. Having the hotel located in the airport was a major plus, although signage could have been better. Amazingly, for being located at the airport, this was one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend!"
