"Overall a great location and lovely apartment. The only criticism was that the futons in the living room are terrible for sitting or sleeping. They did have an air mattress and plenty of extra bedding though."
"Nicely appointed suite! Super clean and a very convenient location. Close to coffee shops, cafes, various eateries and great walks. NoDa neighborhood is hip and cool! And close to downtown Charlotte, a quick 5 minute Blue Line train trip away, if you happen to be going to a concert or sporting event!"
"Front desk was friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and cabin was clean and quiet.
The convenience of the shuttle to Carowinds was smooth and fantastic to and from the park.
Will definitely be staying again."

The "application" process is a little extra in my opinion but I guess the apartment complexes the Landing companies use certainly have a bit more of a liability requirement since they have tenants and not...

"The hotel was nicely maintained with excellent staff!! The only negative was we could hear the family next door through the adjourning room door. So loud… didn’t notice the hotel provided ear plugs until we were leaving."
