"The property is located on a site which includes a hotel and a group of small private homes. None of which is a negative. The area is very quiet, but you definitely need a car. "Overall a great stay. Friendly staff, nice room and nice food. Comfy bed. Great location. Parking was difficult. The room was very warm and there wasn’t a thermostat to make it cooler. Even after turning the radiator off it was still uncomfortably warm (it was early April, outside temp around 10 degrees). We asked at reception and they confirmed that the room didn’t have a thermostat. The people in the room above us made quite a lot of noise and there was little sound proofing (very creaky floor boards). Luckily it stopped after the first night. "

"Room spacious, lovely clean bathroom. Breakfast fresh to order. I have coeliac disease so they provided me with a gluten free cereal. All the staff were very helpful. We travelled by train so no need for parking but there was ample space. Few minutes walk from the seafront. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. "
