"The house was well presented and ideal for a stay in Henley, with lots of thoughtful touches and being just a short walk to the town centre and the river. There are also plenty of places to visit locally. We were mostly able to find parking within a few minutes walk of the property so wasn’t an issue. Manager was very helpful and responsive. "Overall this is a great property. Very secluded but near to main roads and easy access to amenities. There are however a few things that would have made a vast improvement to the property considering the cost to rent. The sitting room could do with more and better seating. Considering this is for 4 people, 2 small sofas is not sufficient for evening comfort especially considering the dining area can accommodate 8 people. "I stayed at Peppercorn Cottage with my husband, 3yo, ten-month old and our dog and it was heaven. It's an adorable house, packed with character and beautifully done out. We had everything we needed and Nicola was very helpful in bringing over kids bits and answering any questions. Cheriton is a lovely village; Arlesford is great for small independent shops and the countryside is gorgeous. We had a great weekend all in all and would love to come back."
