"Amazing trip with my daughter. We celebrated her 6th birthday. The hotel kindly decorated the room which made it so exciting for the birthday girl. The staff had excellent customer service skills. We paid a couple of visits to the pool which was very enjoyable and they provided towels. Take a pound coin for a locker. Plenty to choose from at breakfast and the bar meals were lovely. A lovely, comfortable stay and very relaxing. "

"The best thing about this property was the staff, all were great, but one Zara was exceptional. Zara made our stay and others in my extended families stay notable. She took care of us from check-in to check-out, especially my grandnieces with special treats. Listen up Village Hotel Management, you have a gem in Zara and her customer service skills and empathy for guests should be taught to all staff.
