"Staff was fabulous, only thing I was unhappy with was that we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. I’m not sure if it’s the cold weather and being on the 17th floor, however it never got over lukewarm in the shower and the sink was always straight up cold."

"Wonderful hotel! I have stayed at several in this area (visiting family nearby) and this particular Hampton Inn has always been my favorite. The staff is fantastic and always very courteous & helpful. The breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate service is wonderful and everything is always kept clean and neat. Great options for breakfast and the rooms are clean and spacious. I will no longer stay anywhere else when I’m in the area. Pool/jacuzzi area is also a huge plus!! "
