"Simple attic studio was great for a short work trip to Brussels. Located just around the corner to most of the EU buildings and with everything you need for a quick meal at home. The heating worked well, bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. My only complaint would be other guests who smoked - while they stayed 2 floors below the apartment I stayed in, you could still smell the smoke through the pipe system in the kitchen. "The property was roomy and had great space. It met the need of our group. The location was close to various things like food, drinks, shopping and transportation. I would book with SmartFlats again. There are a few cosmetic things the property needs to fix or look into for future tenants. The rooms' curtain rods look like they were broken and so the curtains had to be hooked onto the window. "I want to discuss a full refund due to the fact that we didn’t even end up staying at this flat. There were some sort of ticks and insects ALL over the beds, ceiling and walls. It was unsantitary in so many levels. The stairs were flooded and lights didn’t work."

"Fantastic apartment for our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 teens). It was very spacious and clean. The location was great - easy walking distance to the sights and also easy access to the tram, which stops a block away. The house manager was very responsive to any questions. Our only small issue is that the kitchen isn’t terribly well appointed (e.g. did not really have good knives or many implements for cooking). wouldn’t plan on doing a lot of cooking while there. But this was a minor thing....

Ça pourrait être fantastique si c'était entretenu, mais tout ou presque est défaillant : matelas de lit éventré, lattes de sommier cassées, mauvaise isolation phonique (y compris des fenêtres donc on entend toute la rue), ampoules grillées, chaise cassée, gel douche à sec, grille de hotte de cuisine manquante... Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la télévision, avons envoyé un message au numéro de service 24/24....
