"Restaurant service needs to improve. Dinner service was very slow and we had to ask twice for drinks, they just totally forgot about it. However food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was poor, not worth the price. We noticed a big group having breakfast before us, so basically we had to eat leftovers, for example only one piece of cheese was left and the staff didn't added more cheeses, scramble eggs were cold, not a good bread selection, no fruits. Nobody care to ask if we need something. "

"This was our favorite place we stayed in France. So peaceful and quaint. Woke up to the sunrise on the mountain side and birds chirping. The spa was gorgeous and had a variety of steam rooms and saunas. We loved the breakfast. Tons of parking"

"Lovely stylish hotel right on the Loire in the heart of Blois. Excellent underground cat park and super, helpful and friendly staff. We now plan to return on our way back to England from the Dordogne for a further overnight stay. "

"The property itself was a beautiful setting for a spa and the staff wonderful. The restaurant. "L'Ardoise Saveurs des Thomeaux" was PHENOMENAL. You could order multiple courses with different options. We were so glad to have stayed there despite the challenges. One, being wifi. The wifi by the restaurant was amazing. Our bedroom being in a very old century building, couldn't access the wifi we needed so we didn't have any during our stay while in the room. Also, although the bathrooms are...

"Stunning and luxurious château . The staff were cheerful and welcoming, dignified and professional without being stiff. The food was fabulous but it would have been nice to have a few more options at dinner especially if were staying more than two nights."

"what a find clean and tidy inside a bit dated but nothing to worry about. Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there. The site could do alot more perhaps a bit if entertainment etc and maybe a møre better takeaway although this didn’t stop is having a good holiday."
