"We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"

Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues! "We had a wonderful time during our stay. The home was exactly like the pictures shown — beautiful. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and there were many amazing restaurants within a 5-10 minute walking distance. If we needed anything, the hosts were extremely responsive and kind. Power and water was out for one day, but that wasn’t the fault of the host. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay. "
