Streets near hotel were untidy with rubbish bags piling up along verges but neither comments are hotel issues.

"I had a lovely stay at the Ember Locke Kensington this summer! The hotel itself is beautiful, fantastic bar and restaurant down in the lobby area. The room was fantastic and all of the staff were very kind & helpful. There's great options for food and pubs in the area & it's easy to hop on the bus or the tube to get around the city. I'd certainly recommend staying here! "

Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again.
